Valentine's Day

I remember loving Valentine's day in school. Getting to decorate your own box, picking out valentine cards and candy to give out to your friends, and this year I had a new excitement picking out valentine cards. Of course I found great crafty valentine's to make with the boys but reality is, it is fun for me and not so much fun for them. So I took them to the store to pick out their own cards. Immediately Ry snagged Lego Star Wars and Austin snagged Angry Birds. Since Ry is in Kindergarten he had to write each classmates names on the card, where Austin still can write "My friend" in the to section. I was really surprised how much Ry liked choosing each card for his friends. He finished it in no time and didn't want any help. The boys and I had a great day filled with a lot of surprises.

Austin's party. Unfortunately he started getting sick that day. He didn't eat any of his snack (cheese cubes, fruit, cookies and a cupcake) of course I knew something was up. He ended up having a fever and as of today is starting to get his appetite back. We didn't stay too long at his party since he wasn't feeling well.



Rylan's Valentine's party was a Q & U wedding. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the entire ceremony since Rylan and Austin's parties were at the same time but luckily it worked out that Nate and mom both could come as well so Nate video taped it and I was able to see them walk down the aisle and go to their reception.

Don't worry Rylan isn't really married only the boy's Q bow tie and the girl's U necklace were married because after all, Q can't stand alone with out U.
