Rylan is 10!

I cannot believe Rylan is TEN!  How did a decade go by so fast?  His hands are just a little bigger than mine.  His feet are bigger than mine (by half a size).  He comes up to my nose.  Need I say more?  This child is about to be bigger than me sooner than later.

He is a strong willed child.  He is stubborn but sweet.  He LOVES math, science, baseball, football and games (board & video).  He is very competitive.  He hates to lose but does it gracefully but he does hate "braggers".

He's close to becoming a black belt. Just two more belts and then he's there.  He works hard on things he loves and let's just say if he doesn't love something, you can tell....:)

For his birthday we did paint ball again this year.  Austin brought a few friends along too.  We had a total of 7 boys sleep over.  Always a good time at the Taylor house!  :)

The birthday boy is ready to play!

Austin and his buddies.

The whole crew!

Paintball time....

Paintball success!

Video games before bed...it's a rough life.

Cake time.

Ry got an ice cream cake for his actual birthday.

Austin helped me decorate the cookie cake for his party.

I was not a happy momma buying a 10 balloon.  :(

Austin's 7th Birthday!!

We actually had Austin's birthday sleep over on his birthday.  During the day we took 3 friends (Ry took 1) to Jump 'N Rock during day.  They were worn out after 2 hours of jumping.  When we got home another 4 kids came over to stay the night.

Warning:  Momma fail - I didn't use my nice camera instead going for convenience and used my phone.  Not the greatest action shots, but they're getting posted anyway.  Blurry memories are better than nothing.

Transformers Party for our own Austimus!

Breaking Optimus.  Too bad they're blurry!

All of the kids are also on his baseball team, so they were serious about their baseball.

You can't really tell, but they're holding our gecko Scout.  He is so loved by all of our visitors.

And of course, dead man is a favorite trampoline game.

Water balloons and squirt guns...need I say more?!

The boys that are left.  And they crashed within 5 minutes.
