Soaking up the Sun

We had so much fun. My favorite part of this trip is that we just relaxed the entire time. It's been a long time since I went on such a relaxing vacation.


It may be 8:00 pm at home but it's only 3:00 pm here. Time to play boys!


After a fun time out on the beach the first night we ordered room service. Um, can you tell they are more than ready for bed?


Ry's water football got a lot of water time. He played football with boys he'd meet in the pool and often times played monkey in the middle with me, Nate and Austin.



So the first day there we go on the water slides. Now I go first and I only see the other slide where you go down on tubes. It is open and wide and I'm not realizing the one I'm going down is a tube of total darkness for about 10 seconds. Once going down the black hole I think the boys are going to freak out and hate it. Oh no, Mommy was the only wimp apparently they loved it!



Random fun....










The beautiful North Shore. We drove around and you could just pull up to a beach. When we stopped here the boys wanted to change into their suits, and didn't want to leave.













Resort scavenger hunt.









We really wanted to go to a luau while we were there but our resort had a luau style show twice a week. The last night we were there (our anniversary) they had a show. It was awesome and the boys were engrossed the entire time. Fun side note, the couple sitting next to us were from Valpo.

There were a lot of pre-show activites. They only wanted to play this game but loved it.


I got dinner for the boys while Nate got seats for the show. As they were walking in two flowers fell from the tree and landed right in front of them. When I arrived each boy gave me a flower and said Happy Anniversary.










Aunt Erin & Uncle Chad gave the boys a message in a bottle kit. The last day we were there we found an awesome spot to throw it in.
