Christmas Vacation Fun

The boys had a great Christmas vacation. The first night Rylan stayed over at his friend Mason's house. They are also from IN and were going back for a week so we had to make sure they had a sleepover before they left town. When his mom called for Ry to say good night he told me he wanted to come home. He ended up staying the night but I asked him when he returned the next day why he wanted to come home and he said because Mason's older brother (a 2nd grader) and his friend told him there was a baby big foot that lived in the woods behind their house. Mystery of why he wanted to come home was solved.

The next day Rylan's classmate had a swim party. Both boys had an awesome time and were bummed when it ended.



During the next few days Rylan had his other buddy Caleb stay the night. They hadn't seen each other in such a long time and had so much fun laughing and playing. We went to the Y a lot to swim and break in their new snorkel gear. We also enjoyed going bowling and playing glowing putt-putt golf. There were several beautiful days of playing outside and of course, we had release some energy at Monkey Joe's.

They are ready to go back...but not for long since we leave Wednesday for Hawaii!

My serious bowlers...Ry got a strike and 2 spares along with a hole-in-one golfing. Austin got a spare and was pumped up!


Pumped to finally be at Monkey Joes! We went the first day that the public schools were back in session and boy were they happy!
