Rylan had his first basketball game today. He is on a 4-5 year old team. They have 30 minutes of practice and 30 minutes of game time. The game as expected was hilarious. Rylan was especially hilarious. He would steal the ball only from his team members. In the second quarter he would get the ball thrown to him and then run to the other team's basket to try to shoot. He did this a few times. Hilarous! Nate made a good point that he had learned at practice to block his own team and was probably confused by the new team and the coach not telling him to take the ball from them. There is a lot to learn and by the end of the game he was understanding a little better.
This video is of one of the first times he stole the ball from his team. I WISH I would have gotten video of him running the other direction with the ball. Unfortunately I was in the hallway with wild man Austin watching through the window, but this video is great too! Looking forward to a great season!
