Breaking out the Champagne...

OUR HOUSE HAS SOLD! That being said, the title is no joke! This definitely calls for celebration. With everything that we went through selling this house, you'd think we'd never buy again. Yet, Nate is already looking at houses. I'm just going to enjoy the next 9 months as a renter and let someone else take care of the things that go wrong!

Thank you to everyone that listened to me stress out over the past year. And to Nate for dealing with me on a daily basis....oh and to my mom for dealing with me on a daily basis. I am so lucky to have all of you in my life.

What a great start to my favorite season, and ending to one of my favorite months. Now, how many hours until the kids go to bed? ;)
