My Nana lost her battle Sunday evening. She had an extremely rough final two weeks while she was in the hospital and Hospice. We are very grateful God took her soon after entering Hospice. Seeing her in that condition was hare to take. Mom and I were fortunate to see her for awhile a few hours before she passed. Even though she was asleep and barely breathing, I am sure she knew we were there.
I planned on putting in old pictures of Nana but the reality is, planning a funeral and all that goes with it from a few states away takes more time than I have. So here's the final picture we have with her from June.
Nana told us for years she was ready for her room to be finished. I'm glad she is finally at peace.
So sorry for your loss Dawn. Thinking of you and your family.
