Cousin Time

A week before our Louisville trip, Great-Nana had gone into the hospital for gallstones. After a few procedures and a lot of different medications it has been determined that she will not survive and was admitted into Hospice last night.

Since we needed to go to Louisville to take care of the house on Nate's few extra days off, Erin came to my house to handle things at the hospital and take care of mom. It was so helpful to have her here while I was gone. I felt a big stress relief the moment she told me she was coming. Her stay did overlap a few days of when we were home. Here are some pictures of the kids. Mallory is growing up so fast. It was good to see her and Erin even though the circumstances were not good. And thankfully Great-Nana did not take a turn for the worse until the day after Erin left.
