My mom, the boys and I went to Louisville to do some much needed work on our house that is still for sale. The trip went well, and after some sweat and tears I am glad that I went up there and that it is over! It wasn't a social visit, but Rylan did get to see his buddy Davis for lunch one of the days. I was glad to see his mommy, Amie after a stressful morning.
The last night we were there I took the boys to the pool at the hotel we were staying in. Here is video of Austin and Rylan. Rylan was not digging the arm floaties, but he loved the floaty I used for Austin.
Austin was loving the water! When I took him out of this he was flailing around screaming (happy screams, of course!).
Rylan sat by the pool while Austin was in there, or sat on the steps in the pool. Once I put him in the floaty he loved being in the water. We are going to start swimming lessons soon so he will hopefully be braver and floaty free!
We were so glad to meet up w/ you, too! Davis wants to come & see Rylan. I have to keep explaining he lives far away.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you got some work done, but selfishly wish you could make a few more trips to the house before it sells. You know we're always up for Chick Fil A!!!
