What happened to you, August? The days have been turning into weeks so quickly! Over the past month the boys started school, they started football, they have moved up a belt in TaeKwonDo.
First day of 2nd grade, Tuesday, 8/6.
First day of Kindergarten, Monday, 8/12.
Both boys have their first game this Saturday at 10:00. Fortunately they are at the same field so I can try to watch both games. Thankfully Sonya and Mike will be there to watch too.
Rylan at his Jamboree last weekend. Took 4 boys to get tackle him! He has earned the nickname Wrecking Ball, which he loves!
Austin has improved a lot over the past month. Nate is the head coach of his team. He showed him how to be the center for a few minutes before practice one day and he then when practice started they tried him out there. He did great, so now he's the "Set, Hut, Hike guy". He is thrilled.
Their belt test was July 27. Promotion ceremony was the following week. Austin is now a white belt with a purple stripe and Rylan is now a green belt with white stripe. Pictures with Instructor Nick and Master Kang.
