It's going to be a LONG day....One night before bed, I tell the boys they need to get a good night's sleep because the next day was going to be a long day.
Rylan responds. "How will it be longer when there is 24 hours in EVERY day. It's impossible to be longer than any other day. So what do you mean, it's going to be a long day?"
I explain what I meant by long and he replies. "Next time just tell me tomorrow's going to be a busy day. That makes more sense."
Alright my literal child. I have since made the requested adjustments to my language.
Austin is doing well in Taekwondo when he wants to. He isn't bad, but when he's in line to kick or hit with the instructor he'll usually goof around. After one practice I asked why he goofed off and he replies. "It's just so much fun, mommy." Our class clown lives.
I think the "say what's?" are my favorite!
