Hail Purdue!

Erin and I decided when we got to Indiana that we want to take the kids to Purdue. Of course finding time to get there was the problem, since we mentioned it to each other we HAD to go. We managed to squeeze it in before Indiana Beach. Unfortunately we had a time crunch so Erin went to University Spirit to get Purdue gear for her and the girls, while I took the kids through campus. I really wanted the kids to get a chance to run through then engineering fountain. Of course, it wasn't on. After we went to the fountain we went to the other end of campus to meet Erin and get a picture of the group in front of the Purdue sign. By this point Rylan is over it and doens't want to take anymore pictures. We had a nice walk and drive through campus. It has changed so much but was awesome to take the kids there. And special thank you to Conner for making Purdue cool for Rylan. Now he likes it and wants a shirt. It's a start!

Such a good big cousin.

In front of the Purdue sign. Rylan had a scowl on his face and a thumbs down. I tell him if he doesn't put that thumbs down, down then we won't be going to the Indiana Beach afterwards. As I snap the picture, I get this. Austin and Mallory yelling at him, while he is still scowling. This is what memories are made of, right?!
