First Day of Kindergarten

Rylan's first day of Kindergarten was today. He loved it! He is in a private half-day Kindergarten so it's great that he is still home in the afternoons especially with his busy football schedule. We are all ready for a fun school year and to watch him learn even more!

Austin wanted in on the photo action. His first day is tomorrow and he is ready!



I didn't get any pictures of him at meet the teacher night, since we rushed from open house for Austin, football practice and back to open house for Ry so here are also a few pics of his classroom.


Each child got to pick out their hook that will be their hook for the year.


Then they got to pick out their desk. There are 5 girls and 7 boys. 5 of the boys were sitting together and one boy was sitting with the girls. Ms. Amanda asked if any of the boys would move by this one boy and in unison they all said "No". The last boy that came in was the lucky one to sit with him and the girls.


Every student received their own pencil box with crayons, pencils, scissors and glue. Ry was quick to check it out.
