Nate loves technology and well, I don't. Sure I like the conveniences it provides but learning new gadgets is not my idea of a good time. So when my phone was eligible for an upgrade Nate was ready to the first moment we could to upgrade me to a smart phone. I was more nervous than excited. I am a call or text person, not do a million other things on a tiny screen. So day one, Nate had my phone, learned all there was to know about my phone and then taught me. The wonderful thing about his love for technology he will always teach me how to use it. Lord knows, I won't read the user's manual. I always ask Nate what i need to do to fix something or learn how to use something new.

So I learn how to use my new phone and then an awful thing happens....I use it more than I ever imagined. I could check my email when it came in and then write back write away. Something that hadn't happened since staying home with the boys. And the games...the cursed games. Words with Friends became an addiction. I would mute my games so no one knew I was playing them. What was happening to me? So as you see by the month of March, I got the phone and rarely got online through my laptop. Now I would briefly check my email, facebook and then feel no need to get online. It wasn't until my in-laws came for a week and I down loadad my camera pictures that I realized I had a month's worth of pictures just sitting on there. I had not done a blog or read any blogs for that matter. Then I go to my sister's this weekend and she asks if I read her blog lately. Figuring she hadn't updated it since I had checked it (weeks ago) I safely say yes. Then I find out that I was more than 5 posts behind! Ok, time to get back on track and start getting back in the habit of checking up on my favorite blogs more than once a month!
