Egg Hunt

The day before Easter our church has a egg hunt. Since Rylan had a baseball game at the same time I was disappointed we were going to miss it. We found out that there was another egg hunt in the neighboring town so that morning mom, the boys and I went over to check it out. There were games galore, fire trucks, bouncy house and of course the big egg hunt. The boys had a great time.

The boys loved the games.






The fire department was a big part of the egg hunt. There were fire trucks, a fire safety bus and a little fire truck that would talk to the kids and drive around. Rylan and Austin chased it down, then when it talked to them, they were shy. While we waiting in line for the boys to get in the fire truck Rylan saw the fireman that was talking and moving the car from behind a tree.





The 1 & 2 year olds went first. Rylan and I went in with Austin to help him out, but he really didn't need it because they had so many eggs in piles. Austin would grab 1 or 2 from each pile then run to another pile.



Each age group had one winner that had the word BUNNY in an egg and Austin won the bunny for his age group. He was thrilled.




Rylan's egg hunt was so different from Austin's. The eggs were spread out more and the kids ran to get eggs. Needless to say Rylan loved it and was thrilled to win a few prizes from the prize table. Candy was the biggest hit though.
