After Austin quickly found 12 eggs for his hunt he helped another boy find the rest of his eggs. The little boy was so upset he couldn't find 5 more so Austin quickly ran over to help him. Since all the 3 year old classes were out there it was a boy he didn't know. Our little helper also held Gigo's hand all the way back to the car. Such a sweetie.
When I arrived at Rylan's party his teacher told me that he when they were reading the story of Easter Rylan was the only one that knew all the answers. During the crucifixion part a little boy asked to why Jesus died on the cross. The teacher was curious what Rylan was going to say when he raised his hand. He answered to wash away our sins. Such a proud mommy moment. Onto the egg hunt. They had to find numbers 1 - 14. After he found his 14 he heads into the little house to sort them out to make sure he had each number. He wasn't pleased when Austin tried to help. Both boy's had great parties and were ready to start to spring break.
I love when kids grasp the concept of Jesus and His death in such a sweet and innocent way...nothing better than the "faith of a child" :)
