Austin's Bitrthday Celebrations!

3 year old with 3 parties BEFORE his birthday! You know I felt bad when I knew I was having a summer baby. You wouldn't be in school during your birthday so you have to celebrate a month or more early. You wouldn't see your friends and some may go on vacation and miss your party. But now, I'm thinking summer birthday's are pretty sweet.

Austin had his first party the last week of school. He wanted orange cupcakes (his favorite color). He insisted he pass out all cupcakes to his classmates. He's such "I do it myself!" boy.

We were in Indiana Memorial Day weekend and celebrated Austin's birthday with the Taylor side.

Filling his pinata.

Pinata time!

Shirt filled with candy...he's a happy boy!

Ready for tasty ice cream cake!

Party with the Burton side! Since the new addition to the family and a short visit we just had cake and gifts. Anytime there is cake Austin thinks it's a party!

On his actual birthday we started the day with Dunkin Donuts (an Austin favorite). Then went to Chuck E Cheese (going at 9:00 am on Sundays is a great time to beat the crowd), then we went to Toys R Us for him to pick out a toy with his Toys R Us gift card. He wanted pizza for lunch so after eating out at a pizza place nearby (Nana joined) we came home for nap time, before playing outside with his new toys. He had a great day and so did we.

Birthday day decorations!

Ready to party at the Chuck.

Backyardigan's Austin cake....or at least my attempt. :)

Excited for his new camera from mommy, daddy & Ry.

Thrilled with his silly string (thanks Jules!).

I've been looking for a 4 wheeler for the boys since November. I lucked out and found one on Craigslist the Friday before his birthday. Both boys love it.
