Cubs/Braves Game

One of Nate's coworkers has Braves seasons tickets and Nate joined in the group and purchased 8 games this season. We enjoyed our first game opening week (yes, a month ago), by watching the Cubbies/Braves (game #2 of opening week). Prior to the game we went to the rooftop where the kids could run the base line and other fun things. We saw the city skyline and enjoyed the great weather. The boys lasted a full four innings and then we went back to the kid play areas before heading out during the 7th inning. We had a great time and look forward to our next game in a few weeks.

I love this picture, their hair blowing in the wind shows how hard they were really running. They would have been happy to run this baseline all night.

On the giant Coca-Cola bench.

There are several of these huge baseballs at the front of the stadium. Before we left the game they were running and hitting them. Nate and I quickly stopped them when the baseballs began to move a bit. Scared of that!

Skyline shot the two different times we went up to the roof area for the boy's to run.

This photo is for you Julie & Neena. I am willing to bet one of you likes Theriot....and I'm going with Neena.

Braves rookie Jason Heyward.

Ry has informed us his favorite player is Chipper Jones.

Had to put up Nate's boy Braves catcher Brian McCann or as Rylan calls him Brian The Can.
