Thanksgiving with the Parcels

The past few years we have gone to my sister's house for Thanksgiving since Nate was off on Thursdays, this year he works on Thursdays so we weren't able to go anywhere. Our dear friends Aaron & Adriane came down with their two boys for the weekend. They live in Chattanooga and were missing their family in Indiana, so they were glad to be with us too. We had a great time with them. For Nate & I it was good to see them and catch up, and just be with friends. For the boys, particularly Rylan it was good to play with their boys. He has met them before but we haven't seen them since June so I was surprised when he remembered them. He immediately started playing with them, and by the end of the weekend was completely exhausted. We had wonderful weather so we were fortunate we could go outside a lot. We enjoyed football and soccer games, kids vs. parents, playing and a picnic at the park, and of course the boys played laser tag. We had a great time with the Parcel's and were very glad we could spend Thanksgiving with them.

Who will hit the highest?

Austin doesn't care if the rocket is on there or not.

Austin would have pulled their dog around all day if she would have let him.

Never too old for some Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Ry was boycotting the game since he didn't get the green hippo.

Enjoying the park...

Be afraid, be very afraid. Is it sad when your one year old has to have a gun to pretend he's playing too?
